Scott went above and beyond when tuning my V. We ran into several issues as he began tuning. He was able to troubleshoot and tell me what was wrong with it. We exchanged over 70 emails and never once did he come off as angry or frustrated. I can tell that he is truly passionate about what he does. I joined the Tapout team 8 months ago with my 2016 ATS-V. I got the itch of taking the car to another level and purchased the 525 package from Tapout. Since then I have added fuel upgrades and Swift springs. All items I have purchased directly from Tapout Tuning. At first, I planned to drive two hours to Columbus to meet Scott in person, but between the weather and my schedule, I decided that a Remote Tune would be the quickest option since Spring was here and it was time to awaken the beast (M6 sedan). Having zero understanding of tuning a car, I was extremely nervous about doing it myself, but with Scott’s help, it turned out to be an incredible experience. Let me start off by saying I have worked with multiple different tuners throughout my life and Scott is by far the best.

It’s not only his top-notch quality tune that completely woke up my V but it’s also his responsiveness. I’m not sure if Scott ever sleeps but he is always there for his customers. Scott has been very patient throughout this whole process even with my limited mechanical experience. I’ve been tuning back and forth with Scott for a few months now and things just keep getting better!
