Scott and Michael were awesome, providing best customer service ever.  Both were patient and very professional.  Michael walked me thru the purchasing and got me Black Friday discounts.  Scott was there throughout the installation and adjusting the software mods to optimize the tune up.  The change is greater than I expected – higher boost, faster acceleration and tighter, harder shifts.  Phase 2 I will be installing their Blue Belt Performance Package (downpipes, throttle body, spark plugs, air filters and intercooler bleed).  I can’t say enough to thank these guys.  If you are looking to upgrade you car I highly recommend Tapout Tuning.

Over the past few months I have been working with Scott to get my 2014 Cadillac CTS V-Sport tuned, a car he has not had much tuning time with.  He has done an outstanding job tuning the car, making it feel more alive and healthy. Scott was able to allow me to bring my car to him on a Saturday to dyno tune and get the car running it’s best. He gave the car a pretty healthy boost in horse power and torque. 30 minutes after I left he reached out to check how the car was, and invited me and my girlfriend to come to Jiu-Jitsu that he was hosting the next morning. It was a great way to spend a weekend, even though it is hard to find things to do during this pandemic. Scott’s service is over the top and would trust him with my vehicles any time!

What a great experience!!! I have always been worried about a remote tune, but Scott takes the time to answer your questions and explain everything to you. It is amazing how quick he is to respond.  I also got him to dyno tune my car since he now has a in house dyno!!  And no surprise his remote tune was really really good!!  But he was still able to tweak the tune and get me more HP and TQ!!!  So if you are looking to get everything out of a ATS-V Scott’s the man!!  Great customer service!!

Scott did an amazing job tuning my 2017 A8 ATS-V.  I have known Scott for four years and he tuned two different ATS-Vs for me over this time.  He is always working, researching and pushing this platform forward.  My car is very fast and has amazing daily drivability.  I have both a pump gas and high octane tunes, and both are amazing.  The TCM tune is also very good.  I never thought the A8 transmission would be able to perform so well!!  And above all is the customer service, Scott always answers very fast, explains everything he sees and does, and is super nice and friendly.
