Terms

All sales are final and non-refundable.

All our remote tunes (excluding dyno tunes) will be adjusted as required at no charge for up to 30 days.  If you’re not completely satisfied for any reason, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right.  If you still aren’t happy after working with us on your remote tune, we will refund up to 50% of your remote tune cost (excluding HP Tuners) for the first 30 days, and 25% for the first 90 days.  No remote tunes will be refunded after 90 days. Tapout Tunes are not transferable on a vehicle that has been purchase by a new owner.

International Shipments:
Customers have had issues with unexpected and excessive brokerage fees when shipping to places such as Canada as well as other international locations. In order to provide a more cost effective shipping method, all international shipments will be shipped via USPS. All international shipments will be shipped within 1-2 business of order receipt.

Priority Shipments:
Orders shipping via FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2Day or FedEx Standard Overnight must be placed by 12pm EST in order to be shipped same day. Orders placed after that time will be shipped the following business day.

APO Addresses:
For our customers in military bases over seas we will ship via USPS to your APO address. Use your APO address for the shipment and your standard billing address for the payment.

Return Shipments:
The Order number and/or RMA number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the box for all inbound shipments. Unauthorized or unmarked shipments will be refused upon receipt and shipped back at the customer’s expense. Used products can not be returned, and if an unused/unopened product is authorized for return by Tapout Tuning L.L.C., there will be a 20% restocking fee of the original price of the product. Any authorized returns must be received with 90 days of original purchase price. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Payment:
Payment for all services and products are via PayPal either with a PayPal account or credit card.

Warranty:
Warranty is contingent upon proper installation in accordance with our published instructions and specifications. Warranty is also limited to the original purchaser, and covers product repair, replacement or refund at our discretion.

Warranty may not apply to any equipment or part which has been improperly installed, repaired or modified or which have been subjected to accident, abuse, incorrect use, neglect or alteration. Neither party shall be liable for incidental, punitive, exemplary, indirect or consequential damages, and/or loss of profits arising under or relating to this agreement.

Usage:
Custom tunes and any performance parts that could affect vehicle emissions are intended for off-road use only and not to be installed on any vehicle that will be operated on any public roadway. Not for sale or use in California.
