Don brought his 2019 V Sport up from Louisiana for the full Brown Belt treatment. The powerband is excellent as usual. However, we were limited to fifth gear dyno pulls since V Sport TCM tuning access isn’t available. This produces a little less boost and lower measure horsepower on the chassis dyno. We also couldn’t pull past 6,500 rpm for the same reason.
After completing the dyno, however, we took it out on the street and confirmed things still looked great in real world conditions. The results were fantastic and his car produced 30 pound of boost! While the dyno results showed 661 WHP with SAE correction factor, on the street his car is producing much closer to 700 WHP!

This race came down to the wire with Paul Browning (Tapout tuned Brown Belt) and Scott Sipowicz (Tapout tuned Brown Belt) both running nine second passes all day long, regardless of the track or temperature. The finals race was especially thrilling with Paul besting Scott 9.83 to 9.86! The next day Scott ran an impressive time of 9.44 @ 144 mph, so there were fast times all weekend long!
