It’s a good day at Tapout Tuning, the sun is shining, the roads are clear and our customers are out enjoying Tapout Tuned ATS-Vs to their full potential! One such customer is Robert from New York, who is today’s Tapout Tune of the Week.

As we slowly but surely leave winter behind, we’ve had a lot of requests from customers like Robert who were no longer satisfied with the stock performance of their ATS-V. Our Remote Tune is just what he needed, and we were ready to take him through the process. As Scott was working with Robert on his remote tune he said, “when it came time to load files and log data, he was there providing quick and efficient communication every step of the way”. Getting a remote tune for many people is a new experience, so we make sure the process goes smoothly and efficiently.

Once Robert’s remote tune was completed he could not believe the difference we made in his ATS-V. We were thrilled to hear him so happy. “Not only is it quicker during WOT/aggressive pulls, it feels less restricted/choked in normal driving as well. Power is addictive and I’m already considering a full exhaust and intake next”. We Have the BEST Customers!

During our time as a tuning company we have had the opportunity to work with a lot of different people. Our customers are from all over the world and we’re lucky to call so many of them our friends. While it can take time to tune each customers car exactly how they want, it’s all worthwhile when you express how much you love your Tapout Tune.

Some customers have even gone beyond that and sent us gifts as thanks for the work we have done. In the last week alone we have received chocolates, an awesome ATS-V key-chain and even the tow hook from one of your cars! We are very appreciative of these gifts and want to extend our thanks to those that have sent them. We really do have the BEST customers and we could not be happier to be part of this ATS-V community.

We have a blast working with our customers to make their ATS-Vs entirely new animals and we never tire of hearing how much better their cars perform. One of the many great aspects of having a Tapout Tuned ATS-V is that you can drive it every day with no worries of being stranded somewhere because of a problem with the tune. We take a lot of pride in the fact that we create a custom Remote Tune that’s as safe as factory specs and provides a huge boost in power and performance.

An example of that is in this week’s Tapout Tune of the Week, Sean from Arizona. He previously had his ATS-V tuned by another prominent company but right after he started to drive it he wasn’t happy. The power delivery was not smooth, and he was disappointed in the car’s overall drivability. This was a major issue for Sean because his ATS-V is his daily driver and he did not want to be dealing with these kinds of issues. Today we are looking at one of this week’s tuning customers, Japjeet from Washington. He wanted to maximize the performance of his ATS-V and after considering the different options for remote tuning, he found that Tapout provided everything he was looking for. Japjeet has a busy schedule and was concerned that may be a challenge when completing his tune. But after a short time working with Scott, all his worries disappeared. “He let’s you take your time to send him scans and perfects the tune until you like the way the car runs”.
