Description
The Fore Innovations low pressure fuel system is designed for applications where over 650 whp is desired. It completely replaces the OEM fuel tank pump module, fuel pump control module, pressure sensor, regulator and feed line. It retains the OCM transfer, fuel level sensors and EVAP functionality. It features dual in tank pumps, is fully E85 capable and will support up to 1,000 whp on E85. One fuel pump will run continuously, while the second one will automatically turn on under boost. Both pumps are controlled by an FC3 stage controller. This low pressure fuel system can feed the Xtreme-DI high pressure fuel pump (HPFP), auxiliary port injection and/or a wet nitrous oxide injection system.
Includes the following:
- 2016 through 2019 ATS-V Dual Fuel Pump Module
- Dual TI Auto F90000274 Fuel Pumps
- FC3 Staged Controller with 4 gauge wiring
- Honeywell Pressure Switch for FC3 (set to 4 psi)
- F2i Fuel Pressure Regulator (MAP reference or static)
- 128 mm Inline Fuel Filter with billet mounting bracket and stainless steel media (should be cleaned annually)
- Fuel pressure sensor with extension harness
- FCV Check valve
- T-block to direct mount on HPFP
- All fittings, hose and hardware required for typical fuel line plumbing
- 35’ of Flex LP fuel line for feed and return
- 10 billet compression style hose ends
- 4 Billet low profile 90 degree AN to o-ring fittings
- 4 billet straight AN to o-ring fittings
- Flex fuel intercept fittings
- 1 ORB-8 plug (can be removed to feed nitrous)
- 10 hose straps with stainless mounting screws

What fuel system mods are required to run E85?
it depends on how much boost you are targeting and how high of ethanol content you would like to run.
Some people claim that you can run E30 on the stock fuel system. However, this is a dangerous and misleading statement. We have repaired and/or replaced many engines for people who trusted that negligent advice.
Although the stock fuel system can technically handle E30, you will be required to reduce boost down to the point that you won’t make any more power than you could have on pump gas. With our Stage 1 LPFP, fuel cam and alcohol content sensor you can typically run ~ E47 without issue. This is convenient mix of half pump gas and half pump E85.
If you add on the AutoTech HPFP internals, you can run up to straight E85 at reasonable boost levels. With the stock or Turbobay turbos turned all the way up on a Kill Tune, you should be safe somewhere in the E60 to E70 range.
For those stepping up to Pure Stage 2 Plus turbos, you will need to upgrade to the Stage 1 LPFP, and/or add methanol injection.
